Social media content and blog posts authored under the Arc Woman™ name

We actively monitor for content theft and plagiarism. Infringement will result in legal action under copyright law, including potential takedown notices, cease and desist orders, and financial penalties.

Trade Mark

Arc Woman™ is a registered trade mark in Australia. The Arc Woman™ name and associated logos are protected under the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth) in Classes 16 and 41, covering:

Educational courses, masterclasses, and online programs
Digital and physical publications, including books, charts, and downloadable tools
Podcasts and audio content
Branded products bearing the Arc Woman™ name or logo

Any unauthorised use of the Arc Woman™ name, logo, or branding in a competing or commercial context constitutes trade mark infringement and will be pursued accordingly. This includes using the Arc Woman™ logo on copied content, publishing under the brand name, or mimicking brand identity to mislead or confuse consumers.

Summary of Prohibited Actions

Sharing or reselling masterclasses or resources without permission
Reproducing Arc Woman™ course content in your own products
Using the Arc Woman™ brand or logo to sell, promote, or mislead

Republishing or distributing any materials on other platforms (including Substack, Patreon, or social media)

Digital Products & Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, refunds are not required for digital products where the customer has changed their mind or misunderstood the offer. Arc Woman™ does not offer refunds on any downloadable guides, e-books, courses, or digital educational materials. By purchasing, clients acknowledge and accept that all sales are final.
